The Awards evening will take place 6th December 2025Â Manchester Deansgate The Hilton
All entrants must make every effort to attend the award ceremony if you are shortlisted.
You must pay an admin fee for each category that you enter. You can enter in as many categories as you like, please complete an application form for each category that you enter. Entries close on the 6th October, we must have your completed form by midnight on the 13th Any forms received after this date wonât be accepted.
When completing your application form please make sure you download suitable software to edit the form (You can get this free from the app store). We will not accept copy and pastes into emails and Facebook messages as this is difficult for our staff to monitor when receiving 100âs of applications. You must complete the actual form. Our judges receive digital files with all of the entries, so they all need to be in the same format.Â
Both nomination fees and ticket fees are non-refundable so please consider this before applying. We have admin staff to pay to process applications and also venue charges once we get to the point of confirming places for guests so we are unable to offer any refund.
Along with your application, you can upload up to 5 images/videos of your work (non-photoshopped) and 2 testimonials from clients/newspapers etc.
Please add as much detail to your entry as possible to give our judges the best insight into your business and why you should win the award. Any aspect of your business where you go above and beyond, please tell us about it! Your answers are being compared to those of other entrants, so you need to stand out.
Although we do incorporate a social voting round, it is crucial to note that our judges consider various factors beyond popularity. We recognise that not everyone may possess a significant following; some individuals may have been in business for decades, building a loyal customer base without the necessity of online promotion. Conversely, a new business may have amassed a large number of followers. However, the number of followers alone does not reflect a business’s ethics and standards. This is where your application form comes in, allowing us to assess these essential aspects.
The social voting round gives your clients the opportunity to share their experience of you which we like to see and we also believe helps you to see just how valued you are.
Judges all score the nominations independently and they are not aware of other judges scores, so please do not contact them or our admin support, to ask them what the outcome is as this is unfair, and they donât know themselves until the night.
Shortlisted nominations for each category will be announced by the 19th October 2025
Tickets are first come first serve so if you want to attend the awards, please donât leave it until the last minute.
All tickets will be a standard rate of ÂŁ199, this will include: Entry to the event, 3 course meal, welcome drinks, opportunity to have a red-carpet photo and afterparty access. Ticket sales will be live from February 2025 and the website has various payment options to be able to spread the costs.
All results are final, if you donât get shortlisted, or selected as a finalist, please do not contact the team arguing, just re-enter next year. We have a huge number of applicants, and we cannot give everyone individual feedback.

- All questions are answered comprehensively: Each response should align with the category criteria.
- Your points are relevant and well-articulated: Highlight your strengths, accomplishments, and how they relate to the category.
- You tell your story: Share the journey behind your success, including key challenges, milestones, and the impact youâve made.
- Your qualifications and experience are detailed: Specify your qualifications, their levels, and how they support your expertise in the category.
- Insurance coverage is included if applicable: Indicate the type and level of insurance you have, as this is an important consideration in assessing your suitability for the category.
Providing clear, detailed information helps us fairly assess your entry and showcases your accomplishments effectively.
