The highest tier, recognising a more developed approach to clinical governance, audit, risk and emergency preparedness.
Safety Verification is an independent BAA evidence-review framework. It is not a statutory licence, regulatory approval or guarantee of clinical outcome. Verification reflects the evidence supplied and assessed against the criteria of the relevant tier.
The Evidence Behind
The Standard.
Verification looks beyond a single certificate. Depending on the tier, evidence can include training, insurance, professional documentation, governance, emergency preparedness and the systems supporting day-to-day practice.
Training & Qualifications
Relevant certificates, current training records and evidence of continued professional development where required.
Insurance
Current insurance evidence appropriate to the practitioner, business and treatments being offered.
Professional Documentation
Consent, consultation, treatment records, complaints processes and other documentation supporting professional practice.
Infection Prevention & Waste
Evidence relating to infection control, sharps, clinical waste, sanitation and safer treatment environments.
Emergency Preparedness
BLS, anaphylaxis management, emergency protocols and equipment relevant to the tier being assessed.
Governance & Risk
SOPs, risk assessments, incident reporting, audits and wider governance evidence at the higher verification tiers.
Environment & Professional Standards
Clinic or treatment-area evidence, professional presentation, ethical standards and wider practice requirements.
Transparency & Client Experience
Pricing, invoices, reviews, communication and evidence supporting transparent and professional client care.

Evidence is reviewed against the criteria for the relevant tier. Where the requirements are demonstrated, verification is awarded. Where further development would strengthen practice, that can form part of the progression conversation.

Verification is time-limited and must remain current. Evidence, insurance and professional standards can change, so continued status depends on ongoing verification requirements being met.
